Business Outlook
Pros
Worked for Brilliance during the spring semester of my junior year, and it was easy cash with hands on training. Definitely not something anyone WANTS to do, as the job entails shouting after people for 11-hour shifts, but it was easy cash. Typical kiosk work though, so nothing shocking or deceptive about the job, just not something that I looked forward to doing.
Cons
Commission only, which means if you don't sell, you don't get paid. I've worked multiple "free days" before. Also its a super competitive environment. You are literally pitted against your coworkers in a competition. Makes for a very nasty work environment if you do not have tough skin.
