      - Great location (The triangle building in HaShalom) - The firm is inclusive and internationally oriented - Some highly qualified people work there - Easy hours, flexibility with WFH

      Cons

      - Development process is ridiculously centralized - Very little opportunity for employees' professional growth - Tech stack is quite old - High turnover rate, including top managers - Far too much HR/management discourses about "We are the Bringgsters" and the likes
