Pros

My interview process was a delight

Cons

Where do I start! The C-Levels are horrible, very little communication about what is going on in the company. It's like pulling teeth to get a company update on ARR, The product, Sales, Marketing. I heard they finally had there first All-Hands after I left. You have almost 100 people why is there no All-Hands every week to give team updates. No one at the C-Level has a backbone, lots of finger pointing going on. You have this great product but I don't see this company being very successful. They have had a contract HR Leader for over a year, why is that? Why are they not looking for a PERM HR leader? Again so many issues with that company. If the Board is watching, why are you not stepping in and making some changes? Amad is not the guy to run things. Transparency does not exist at that company. I would stay away!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Brinqa has more than doubled our employee size since January of this year. We are scaling and growing very fast; including bringing on board a brand new executive team to stand up and lead most of the functions at Brinqa. People Operations [HR] has and continues to grow to support the organization. This tremendous growth is exciting; but also comes with challenges common to high-growth firms. We launched our first employee engagement survey a few months back. As a result of that feedback, our CEO Amad has committed to more structured communications to ensure our employees feel connected to him, the business, and each other. We want to thank you again for your candid thoughts. Rest assured that leadership is taking them seriously and will continue to work proactively on all aspects of the employee experience. Pros

- Strong Market Pull: Large, sophisticated customers clearly understand the value of exposure management and are actively investing to manage real cyber risk—not chasing buzzwords. - Meaningful, Hard Problems: The product addresses scale, complexity, and data challenges found only in very large enterprises. This is a tough problem space where many competitors struggle to execute. - High-Caliber, Improving Team: Talented engineers and product leaders who care about quality, delivery, and continuously improving how we build software—not just what we build. - Real Ownership and Impact: Engineers have meaningful ownership and can see their work directly affect customers, product direction, and company outcomes—especially at enterprise scale.

Cons

- High Intensity: The exposure management market is fast-moving and highly competitive, with consolidation and new entrants constantly raising the bar. The work is demanding because our customers rely on us to keep pace with an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape. - Ambiguity Comes with Scale: As the company and product continue to scale, some areas are still being clarified. Success requires comfort operating without perfect information and helping shape the path forward.

Pros

Some PPL Have Company Stock

Cons

I do not. This is a company that is living in the shadow of something that never really worked. THe software was designed for pushing and pulling data, NOT cybersecurity. And, it shows. This place is in total disarray and makes working at Target feel viable.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, even if it's a difficult review to read. Feedback like this that is honest and direct is genuinely valuable to us as a leadership team. We hear that you're frustrated, and we're sorry your experience hasn't felt rewarding lately. Growth opportunities and equity participation are topics we care deeply about. We want every employee to feel invested in what we're building together. We'd sincerely encourage you to reach out to the People Team or a member of leadership directly. We want to understand your concerns more fully and see if there's a path forward that works for everyone. Thank you for your three-plus years of contributions because they matter.
