Pros
Flexible work areas and the ability to work from home. Reasonable Pay if not better than most Benefits are reasonable and change with the expansion of the overall company umbrella.
Cons
Change in Management Lack of communication from higher ups. NO work-life balance, and depending on the position, very little time away or ability to use PTO without someone calling.
