      Pros

      * Opportunity for growth, because they will assign you to projects that requires tech-stack that is not within your skillset. * Colleagues are very kind and helpful, they practice an environment where you can collaborate and share knowledge with each other. * The Technical Project Manager is also very supportive, kind and considerate. * Work life balance.

      Cons

      * Unable to sustain enough projects for their Developers. * No actual regularization, You stay in Project-based contract even if you already have passed the 6 months probationary period with only the promise to auto renew the contract every year. * You do not feel so stable, and feel that you will lose your job at anytime.

      Brixio has an outstanding work culture! Employees are treated like family. Growth opportunities are ample and the work is important, challenging and rewarding. The Management team is compassionate, driven and talented. I have strongly recommended Brixio as a place of employment to friends and family. Brixio has invested in me and has offered me unwavering support in pursuit of my goals. Our CEO, Nate Bray, is the most charismatic leader you will ever meet. His passion is contagious and his vision is inspiring. Brixio has always been flexible to my family needs and has supported any time off requests. At Brixio, every employee feels aligned to the companies vision and feels apart of the company's success. I love Brixio!
