Pros
Coworkers were great. Company pays for gym membership and lets you go to the gym for an hour every day. Good work life balance. Opportunity to get introduced to health care.
Cons
Favoritism is rampant. Whether management likes you is much more important than your contributions. Despite the size, there is no opportunity to move up or grow with the company. Feels like a perpetual internship. Bonus structure was recently reconfigured to reward length of employment vs individual performance
