Pros
The lower management an other employees at Broadpath were awesome. Everyone was friendly and did as much as they could to help. The hours were okay and the pay was great at $16 per hour.
Cons
No paid holidays. Limited assistance when working remote. Tok way too much time to get questions answered. But the very worse thing was the training. My trainers were very inept an if I had not had previous insurance knowledge I would have been totally lost.
