Business Outlook
Pros
Coworkers are fantastic humans and competent at their jobs. Pay is reasonable, benefits are pretty good. Good work life balance.
Cons
Low-Mid Vacation Days. Pay is average unless you are exceptional even though they have very high expectations of everyone, they don't pay you for it. Management asks for feedback then never listens to it. Promotions are slow or non existent.
