      Pros

      A handful of branches and a very cohesive and supportive team. Management is extremely supportive and the entire team is united. It was a pleasure working at Broadway Federal Bank.

      Cons

      Accuracy and strong attention to detail are a must. Personal hygiene and a lot of patience for customers is required. A lot is at stake and a small mistake is hard to find. The team is supportive and help out without any animosity or attitude.

      Pros

      Overall, this was a very good experience. I felt as though staff and supervisors were intelligent, hard working, and easy to coordinate with.

      Cons

      As with many companies, there was one employee that was quite difficult to work with. They were were not as patient and not as professional, as the others.

      The company is committed to providing world class products and services in the community it serves The CEO, Mr. Wayne Kent Bradshaw is an outstanding and intelligent banking professional. Broadway Federal Bank is family environment and it was a home away from home.

      Cons

      The Bank faced challenges during the financial recession and through concentrated efforts has completed an amazing turn around.
