Pros
Free parking is really the only useful benefit however this is standard with most places I’ve previously worked.
Cons
No work life balance, if you have an appointment or need to take time off with kids/dependants, you have to take it as holiday or make the time back. You can’t even take as unpaid. Feels like you constantly are in the office.
Benefits are terrible in comparison to the market
Senior management micro manage, even when the team are hitting target.
Not interested in change or staff retention. Felt very computer says no
Egos for some managers
Very belittling toxic experience
Some team leader training on soft skills wouldn’t go amiss.
As a manager, being pulled up on when I’ve been to the toilet and placed myself in a specific code (despite not being phone based) felt extremely undermining
