Pros

I joined Bromford a year ago and the lettings team has been a Lovely team to work with, very helpful and friendly. They have made me feel welcome and a part of the team from the moment I joined. I see Bromford as a Company who wants there customers to thrive as well as their own staff and this has been shown by providing the staff with opportunities for progression should they want that opportunity, They have provided the me with support when needed and the management team are very approachable and willing to take the time out to help you personally.

Cons

I did find during my interview process that the job role and requirements were not made very clear. I feel by talking with applicants about the process in more detail during the interview will help them have a better understanding of what will be required from them, should they be accepted for the role.

Pros

In general the people who work here are great and help each other and want to make a difference. The aims of the organisation sound great and draw you in to feel like you can be yourself and have your say, the reality is very different.

Cons

In customer experience the senior leadership is top down, restrictive and bullying. When issues and concerns are raised even from within leadership roles these are swept under the carpet. If you question decisions or aren't a yes person you are described as negative even if you do this in a constructive way. There is also a sense of you get roles if your face fits

Team members, the overall philosophy as a social enterprise, genuinely wants to help unlock customers potential

Cons

Turn over of colleagues within the team, lack of stability, not allowed autonomy, too much oversight, lack of trust to do your job
