Pros
There were a few perks such as a convenient location. My direct manager and team were fantastic, but the cons outweigh the pros.
Cons
During COVID, they demand that everyone is in office. They won't allow working from home at all - Its so brutal. This is the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Brookfield needs a fresh start with leadership at the top. Its an old (white) boys club, with a select few women at the helm who are generally just not good people and make me and most people cringe. Brookfield couldn't careless about us little minions. Brookfield is in no way, shape or form an essential service. Benefits are weak, Vacation is weak. Employee perks are non-existent. Compensation is weak...so I left. Get with 'the times' to retain the best people.
