Worked at Brookfield Corporation Operations, a service organization under BAM. Initially a great place to work, options available to develop skills and contribute to growth of company.
Cons
Accounting and Technology Services were outsourced to other countries. The change management process was not well handled. Management plays favorites, so if you're not part of that inner circle there is no opportunity for advancement.
