      Pros

      Good work atmosphere Nice people Frequent celebrations: birthdays, picnics, solar eclipse, etc Benefits (personnally I wasn't entitled to any being PT) but good Health coverage and Pension Working in a great facility with lots of history and beautiful view!

      Cons

      Compensation: as often with Not for Profits, it's on the lower side
