Great coworkers poor management - Millwright/Electrician Brooks Manufacturing Employee Review

Management does what's best for Management many times at the expense of the workers, Management will pass on blame to other workers to save their own butt. Pay is lower than industry standard so they have a hard time retaining employees for more than a couple years at best!
