      Nursing staff was caring and wonderful to work with, good care of patients and residents.

      Cons

      Poor administration, poor retention of good management which was replaced with inexperienced, unprofessional management. CNAs spread too thin

      Good with scheduling never was bounced around halls.

      Cons

      Heavy work load. Each night you're working alone; although you have your RN, they are so busy that it will all fall on you.
