Brown Machine is a great company to work for.

There were no problems when I worked for Brown.

Pay is pretty decent and the work is pretty steady. Have never been laid off.

Lack of good leadership. They took away profit sharing because of a slow year, and yet said that it will never come back. Any project out of the ordinary they flounder big time. Poor project management.
