Pros

A highly functional, faith-based organization grounded in clear values, accountability, and purpose. Leadership is both visible and accessible, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and alignment across the organization. The open-door philosophy is not just stated but actively practiced, creating an environment where communication flows freely and employees feel heard. The remote work structure is well-supported and enables both productivity and flexibility. The organization operates with a strong team orientation, including consistent daily engagement with leadership that reinforces priorities, drives alignment, and encourages contribution at all levels. There is a genuine openness to new ideas, and employees are empowered to bring forward solutions and perspectives.

Cons

The pace and frequency of communication may feel intense for those accustomed to more autonomy • Faith-based foundation may not resonate with all professional backgrounds

Pros

Work remotely and pay ok

Cons

The company really does not have a tangible consulting service. The owner runs the company by the seat of his pants and the company is in a constant state of disarray. The owner has very poor communication skills and avoidance is a standard operating procedure. When he comes into conflict, he will not work it out, refuses to return phone calls, and then begins to imagine employees are out to get him. There is also a robust culture of gossip and back-biting as well. Exaggerating the value of the high-ticket service is SOP with sales. A truly sad experience.
