Pros
I really appreciate Brut - both management and Human Resources have been great at supporting our ideas and remaining open to our feedback! They support the cultivation of great work culture by giving our department a bonding budget that allows us to go on super fun team outings and by also keeping us well fed- always great snacks and lunches in the mix. The benefit package is generous and the compensation is very fair, slightly above market rates.
Cons
The team is growing so quickly that we all don't always get the chance to meet new employees until a week or two later so more all-hands meetings would be helpful.
