Pros

Best property management company in the Denver Metro Area! Communities and onsite teams are held to the highest standards. Pay is higher than most other companies in the area. Benefits are good. Beautiful luxury communities to work at! They try to hire the best teams possible. Great company to work at if you're a hard worker and plan on achieving the highest standards in the industry.

Cons

It's a very demanding company. Work life balance is lacking at times due to the many responsibilities. Rather new company after a merger and needs a bit more fine tuning operationally to help employees be successful.

Pros

Health, dental and vision insurance.

Cons

First off, I wouldn’t be in my position if I knew I wasn’t going to get the full pay intended for the job. Upper management constantly breathing down your neck to do more when you’ve done the most. Nothing will ever be good enough. Second, this company is so unorganized. They create switches at properties last minute so there are always things wrong within resident portals and they don’t have real SOP’s to follow. Basically prepare to get thrown to the wolves and not get any help from anyone. Community managers have no accountability so they’re always calling out sick/not coming to work, leaving early or coming in late because they’re salary employees. It sets a horrible example for the people who actually come to work and do their job. If there’s a problem with another employee there aren’t any steps to get them out of the company except to “push them out”. It’s completely unprofessional. Pay isn’t great, training is non existent. Bryten prides themselves on company culture… but where is the culture? Again, something non existent. No flexibility. Run, don’t walk.
