Classic Bait and Switch - Auditor Buck Employee Review

Starting pay came in nice and high - then yearly reviews arrived, and year one brought no increase. Year two brought 2% "due to the buyout". The culture is non-existant except for the sad attempts at playing up whatever the current it topic is at the moment. Training is horrendous. Attempts at providing feedback of items that would be helpful to new employees resulted in "nah, we've got this" type responses. It's really no wonder that turnover is as high as it is.
