The teamwork displayed is excellent, consumers are respectful and helpful.

No pay rate increases and you had to work 1 full year before accumulating paid time off.

Management, to their credit, is nice and friendly, and easy to talk to.

Complete disorganization. Unfair expectations for employees to just know what to do with a wide range of clients, with little training after the first few months, even though the rotation of clients is constant. Also, they pick clear favorites, and when you’re not one of their favorite employees, they will mess with your hours & money.
