Pros
For me, the best part of working here is the ability to make a meaningful impact on how well the business performs. I feel like I am truly in control of my work - in too many companies you can feel like the environment ties your hands on what is possible, and squeezing out successes are in spite of, and not because of, the rest of the company. That just isn't the case here - everyone really wants to support everyone else, even if their work isn't directly impacted by yours.
Cons
Every con that I can see is being addressed already. I would have said not enough visibility to company performance, but now we have the all-hands meetings which are very thorough without being too long.
