It's really helpful to hear that more structure and policy might be something we could benefit from, as well as working on clear communication and feedback (to fix that feeling of passive aggression you noted). Pros
- Some really talented people to work with
- Great perks & 4 day work week
- Back in the day, the culture was good. (however things have changed since then)
Cons
- Sooo many internal politics.
- Being fired for using the perks offered.
- Little to no career growth- you cap out at a certain point. I’d recommend staying 1-2 years and moving on.
