      -pay isn't enough -no bonuses/raises, 10% commission -customer service, sales, and service teams are NOT on the same page

      No gas cost (company vehicle) Low hours Easy to schedule time off Isolated outdoor work Technician CE hours are weekly/monthly

      Cons

      Pay is subpar Turnover rate is impressively high. Learn new names every quarter. Unpreventable reservices CSRs (uneducated, some even In a different country) actively schedule services they aren't trained on Employee moral is LOW including management who are visibly drained Raises are nonexistent.
