This job can easily keep you busy during the winter season, so your pay doesn’t go down. Management at this location are understanding and will work with you on any of your issues. You will thrive here if you have a genuine interest in the work and can be a friendly people person.
Cons
Work load isn’t impossible, but does get hectic during the summer and early fall seasons. You have to set up your own schedule for residential customers that want indoor treatment, meaning your phone may blow up non stop. May be beneficial to set up services the night before or days out. Company is a little strict as far as completing all scheduled work on the list for your day and not rescheduling, which makes it tricky if that day doesn’t work for the customer. Again, you can thrive here if you stay motivated and don’t mind the actual work needed to be done.
