Pros
Considered as high pay for part time market in Malaysia. Meaningful and satisfied job scope as you get to learn while teaching the students,
Cons
At least 70% of lesson price is getting withdrawn as commission to the boss. Not really a personalised lesson style for individuals, if didn’t follow syllabus arrangement, boss get angry. Student can reschedule time whenever they want, and you need to follow their rescheduled time, however if you reschedule, many limitations are given to you.
