Has potential to be a great company, but has major issues to sort out - Designer Build Urban Employee Review

Extremely friendly, minimal office staff

No room for advancement, small working areas

I would not recommend working for Build Urban. When I was offered a position, I was hesitant to accept because of the many negative reviews online, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and felt hopeful that the company was on a better track now. I was wrong. Build Urban abuses their subcontractors, disrespects their neighbors, and under values their employees. Upper management is slow to make changes and will ignore feedback - because at the end of the day, as long as the houses are being sold and they are making their money, they do not care about business ethics, their employees, safety, or quality construction practices.
