Pros
The employees are very nice to work with and also the managers are very well prepared. The owner of the company is very caring and they are well co oridated. The work hours are very long, but they provide a good salary to get by. Company vehicle is great benefit and also a regular work schedule, that is Monday through Friday. They have a great dental plan, but need more on the health plan.
Cons
Dealing with the contractors and other companies is challenging but with time you get to mediate with them. They have some really good customers and very good contractors. The traveling is really far and the usually turns into a coming home very late.
