The main office staff really cares about its employees and they reward you when you go above and beyond. They always pay their employees above minimum wage.

I can’t think of anything negative.

The Managers don't know what they are doing so if you are a go get it attitude they will let you do your job.

All Managers have very little formal education. lots of conflicts occur with local staff due to misleading Regional Manager reports to owner. lots of under the table gifts to property managers that undermines local staff members job s and hard work. The company does not have any type of formal training at any level. Bonus or Commission plans are change without prior nor former notice and not paid.
