Pros
- Great culture and work life balance - Company's overall aims and goals help to benefit society as a whole, which is rewarding when you are able to assist people on a daily basis - Tight-knit, supportive teams (inter-departmentally) that help each other out without attitude or reservation - Little to no micro-managment of employees
Cons
- Benefits package (health insurance) could be better, but thats just the way things are for a lot of smaller companies. - Smaller company does mean that there is generally less opportunity for advancement; i.e. if a position doesn't exist, it can't simply be created because someone wants it
