Pros

Some people are nice however…

Cons

Micromanagers. Absolutely terrible pay. Highest turnover rate I have ever seen at a company, more than 10 people quit within 6 months

Pros

A well-sized organization with a friendly and collaborative team culture.

Cons

The structure includes multiple layers of middle management, which can sometimes slow down decision-making and dilute accountability.

Pros

Nice and professional coworkers Chill and relaxing office Flexible with hours if weekly minimum is met 3 weeks off for Christmas Owner must know someone as company tackles specialist and exotic projects around the globe

Cons

Owner out of touch and sometimes ignorantly unprofessional. -takes criticism poorly even when constructive -if stressed and working on a project with you the owner will lash out and send abusive messages or blame you for others/his mistakes -will make rude comments without realising during meetings. Comments on race/staff countries, comments on personel issues with individual staff, passive aggressive comments -will post pictures of his house, luxury cars and business trips while workers are on the minimum wage unless they fight for it Ridiculous and potentially illegal contract clauses -500km non compete clause -mandatory unpaid professional development -forbidden from discussing contract and pay with other employees -huge pay discrepancies between staff. If you don't fight for your money they will walk all over you. If you are paid minimum wage as a cadet your hours will still be charged at triple digits to clients. Staff and specialists shortages are constant. Expect to have responsibilities slowly piled on you and assign projects that require qualifications the company doesn't employ
