Pros

I love the freedom to experiment, and to try out new things at work. It’s always encouraged here at raw engineering, and everyday is an opportunity to learn something new. The projects are exciting and innovative, and the workplace is quite friendly. Colleagues are not just co-workers, but friends after all these years spent working together. The campus is welcoming with the plush green lawn which is a pretty sight to look at. Employee efforts are definitely appreciated and awarded.

Cons

Not really much. With all the recruiting happening, I feel the canteen/eating area is running out of space. A good to have problem though!

Pros

I've been at raw engineering for over 2 years and can honestly say I've loved every day here. The team really challenges you to give your best and it's something I've loved. If you're hungry to take on new projects and responsibilities, the management team will work with you to help you grow while supporting you along the way. The team supports hard workers who want to make a difference and will take great steps to empower you to both learn and succeed. The team has a great PTO policy and an incredible office community. We have awesome team events and really enjoy spending time together, both in the office and out. For example, today our day started with a team outing to watch the US-Germany World Cup match at 9am!

Cons

To succeed at raw engineering, you're expected to work hard. This isn't a company where you can plan to come in, work your shift, and then bounce. Personally, I see this as a positive aspect of our culture.
