      - You can make a big impact on the future of the company (irrespective of seniority) - The company has hired some great people in the last 12 months. This makes the company a great place to learn - Senior management and the people team (HR) have made many positive changes to improve the culture. I don't feel like the older reviews are still relevant today

      Many open vacancies which are in the process of being filled to give teams more resource
