Very dynamic, very strong in France, great colleagues

Cons

Lack of capable country managers in certain countries or regions. International Business Development Managers in charge of the country are based for upto 3 years maximum. This is very bad for local business. Bad planning and administration in setting sales objectives and goals. No Human Resources management available, no performance appraisals or grievance procedures. No country manager has ever dealt with HR, general management, people, etc. Their focus is only sales as they also have a personal sales objective. No mana
