Imagine you signed up with a home delivery company for your prescription based on being told you had a personal advisor who checks your stock every month to "save the NHS money", then receiving orders you haven't asked for because they just assumed you wanted it and were too busy to call you and keep their promise. That is one of the many reasons not to work here, most of the others have already been covered.
