Pros

Honestly, working at Bullet has been such a great experience. The atmosphere is super friendly - people are really supportive, helpful and approachable. From day one, it was clear that everyone here is crazy good at what they do but also super down to earth. One thing I really appreciate is how much the company actually cares. Not just about doing good work for clients, but about the people on the team too — they check in, they listen, and they actually follow through when something matters to you. Their approach is so... normal. And human. I think that's my favourite thing about working here. Even though we’re completely remote, it still feels like there’s a proper team spirit. And when we do meet up in person, it’s genuinely a blast. Overall, it’s a place where people do great work, always go an extra mile and have each other’s backs. It feels good to be part of it.

Cons

I imagine a remote workplace might not be for everyone. Working at Bullet gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom. We don't even have an office so you can technically work from any place in the world, but that obviously means you have to have a lot of discipline to get things done. If you're not an easily self-motivated person it might not be the best environment for you.

Pros

I joined Bullet around 3 years ago. Thanks to a supportive team and hands on experience, I’ve gone from a beginner in paid ads to a confident, well-rounded marketer. Right from the start, the onboarding was clear and thorough. It helped me quickly get to grips with the systems and feel capable managing client accounts early on. There’s a solid process in place with SOPs and systems for almost everything which really helped build confidence and momentum in the first year. One of the highlights of the role is the creative freedom. Whether I’m building Google or Meta campaigns or working across the full marketing funnel, I’m trusted to bring my own ideas and add a personal touch, making the work enjoyable. Management has played a huge role in my growth. They’re supportive, modern in their approach, and genuinely care about developing you into a well rounded marketer. You get help when you need it, but you're never micromanaged. Overall, It’s a collaborative team where ideas and account data are shared benefit everyone. Remote working has been a game changer for me in particular. You're given great location freedom here. Your time is respected, and internal meetings are kept purposeful so you can focus on what matters. Management recognised my strengths and interests and helped shape my role to focus on them. There have also been opportunities for career growth along the way. If you’re someone who values learning and feedback, and wants your work to make a real impact - whether that’s contributing to more people getting involved in fitness around the world or helping fitness business owners grow, you’ll enjoy it here and will be valued.

Cons

As I joined during the early start up stage of the business, it was natural that some processes were still evolving as we learned together, but this was expected and part of the journey. What stood out to me was how management not only made time to get employee feedback but actioned it into company processes. Some people might find remote work challenging, but having experienced both in-office and remote setups, I much prefer remote. There are fewer distractions, no office politics, internal meetings are focused and efficient, which means all the team genuinely get on well with each other, and company socials are well thought out.
