Pros
Honestly, working at Bullet has been such a great experience. The atmosphere is super friendly - people are really supportive, helpful and approachable. From day one, it was clear that everyone here is crazy good at what they do but also super down to earth.
One thing I really appreciate is how much the company actually cares. Not just about doing good work for clients, but about the people on the team too — they check in, they listen, and they actually follow through when something matters to you. Their approach is so... normal. And human. I think that's my favourite thing about working here.
Even though we’re completely remote, it still feels like there’s a proper team spirit. And when we do meet up in person, it’s genuinely a blast.
Overall, it’s a place where people do great work, always go an extra mile and have each other’s backs. It feels good to be part of it.
Cons
I imagine a remote workplace might not be for everyone. Working at Bullet gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom. We don't even have an office so you can technically work from any place in the world, but that obviously means you have to have a lot of discipline to get things done. If you're not an easily self-motivated person it might not be the best environment for you.
