      I'm sure there are some...

      Pay is low, benefits are terrible and resemble benefits from the 1950's, software systems are hard to navigate, policy is constantly changing - making it hard to be successful, lots of turn over. If you are going to work in a branch - don't. They make things way more complicated than they need to. Work their employees to death. Micromanage.

      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
