Pros
The atmosphere is great, the hours are the standard 8-5, the bosses are friendly... To keep things short, when it comes to people, the company is excellent. They are reasonable when it comes to vacation and sick days, and USUALLY don't expect anything unrealistic of employees.
Cons
Frankly, the pay is quite low. Also, you may have noticed the all-caps "usually" in the pros section. Since they are a small business, with a limited number of employees, demands can get a bit out of hand during the busy season (November to February). As far as career advancement goes, there's not much to look for inside the company, but you will get to know many people in outside, larger companies, so there's that.
