      Pros

      I can work around my kids' schedules. I have never missed a game and can get off when needed. I have great customers on the most part.

      Cons

      They don't want to pay much. have been here for years, can run the store and i'm responisble for others but don't get paid what other companys pay for people who do the same work i do. I have done what my manager has told me then gotten writen up from area manager when she didn't agree. Sometime a person just isn't sure who to listen to.

      Pros

      All the bakery items you want. Most employees are enjoyable and help as much as they are able. The decorators and bakers are very talented.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low for the amount of work expected. Rarely are there internal promotions. Mostly part time work available for minim wage.
