Flexible but Cheap - Lead Teacher Busy Bee Learning Center Employee Review

I have been working in this center for almost 5 years, I started as a teacher assistant and upgraded to teacher and lately a lead teacher. I love my job, I love my children and my co- worker. Friendly environment where everyone feels appreciated and supported. We love our kids . We also love our passionate parents who know what quality child care is all about. close knit group and bonus pay and good location. I was over worked and often left alone to handle too much at a time

non paid lunch. you may have to stay longer after your hours in case parents don't come on time. no work life balance really
