Pros
I worked for them for different projects and they worked with my schedule instead of expecting me to be at my computer 24/7 unlike other agencies. Full timers said managers tried and did keep everyone employed during mass covid layoffs. Theyve done cool high profile work like Austin FC. Everyone is nice and helpful. Work-life balance is really good especially for parents. Don’t know salaries but seems kind of fair for their size. Office is in a good location of East Austin. Family owned so decisions can be made quickly.
Cons
They’re a small agency so that has some cons. Small but not lot of long term staff members. I would ask questions to someone and they sometimes wouldnt have answers since they were new too. They only have 2 designers and most of staff is account srvs. There are less than 10 people but sometimes there was lack of communication. I was given briefs with not a lot of context so a designer would meet with me after the kick off meeting to give context. Meetings steered off course or went longer because of chatting so work time is lost. Sometimes account creative directed. There was only 1 POC so there is lack of diversity. Maybe lack of career growth because it looks like the longer stay staff have been in the same position for years.
