One of the Worst Companies to work at - Project Controller Butler-Cohen Employee Review

They lie about the benefits they offer such as flex/unlimited PTO, it is actually no PTO, micromanagement from Upper Management is horrible. There is no work life balance at this company, it doesn't exist. Upper Management and how they talk about former/current employees is just so horrible, it is truly disgusting. The culture of a great company does not exist and the environment is toxic. I just could not wait to get out and go to an organization that appreciates their employees, even when they part ways. Just an overall awful experience at this company.
