Intake Caseworker for Children Services - Caseworker Butler County (OH) Employee Review

Where do I start, been employed at BCCS for about a decade. Have had several Directors with one currently serving time in Federal prison. Current Director has no child welfare experience and the personality of a shoe. Assistant Director is a double dipping brown noser from KY and about as two faced as you get. Place is a revolving door of employees not to mention the facilities are disgusting. Morale terrible following a strike that ended in September with no labor contract. Extremely political and just overall toxic environment.
