      One of few animal welfare employment opportunities in the area, staff were doing the best with what they had, too bad management didn't.

      Cons

      Poor management, a shoddy BOD, high stress, poor benefits.

      Environment of supportive co-workers and friendly doctors. Being able to help the communities pets on a large scale.

      Cons

      The high turn over rate is due to the mismanagement of the administration. Favorites are played with who gets hired and promoted.
