Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your honesty, and your input is invaluable as we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment. It's great to hear that you appreciate the hourly rate, free hot drinks, free fruit, payday pizza, Christmas bonus, and paid get-togethers. We're pleased to know that these initiatives contribute to a positive experience for our squad members. However, we are sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing, including the cold environment and the physical and mental demands of the job. Your well-being is our priority, and we constantly look for ways we can support you with our uniform and the winter warmer offerings we have been able to offer over the last few years (thermals, freezer jackets, etc.). We will continue to look into the investment of machinery and automation opportunities, as we have done in some areas so far, to hopefully improve some of the experiences you have shared.
