It creates a vibrant, inclusive, and fun working culture that you don’t find in every tech company. Growth opportunities: Internal promotion is a real thing here. If you're putting in the work and contributing meaningfully, there’s a high chance you'll be recognised and supported to grow within the company over an external hire. Steep learning curve: The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, which can be intense at times, but if you're hungry to learn and upskill quickly, it's incredibly rewarding. Amazing holiday package: The time off is generous. I had 36 days of holiday this year, way above average and something that really helps with work-life balance.
