Pros
Good Salary; Good management; They provide you quality equipment to work with and try to ensure comfortable workspace as well as other benefits like health insurance for on-site employees and other allowances for all remote and on-site; If you're ambitios and contribute to the improvements your work is recognised and they always listen to feedback, and mostly implement them when it's valid. Very nice yearly bonuses and not only;
Cons
It's quite a stressful job, not for the weak; Not very flexible, when it comes to work from home requests from on-site members. And getting a promotion is a hard task, some people get stuck on the same position for many years, and also it's hard to change the departments internally, however to be fair the hard work is recognised in other ways mostly.
