      Pros

      work on more projects, it's a good starter company for freshers.

      Cons

      Less pay compared to the industry. They exploit you. Friendly colleagues but very unrealistic expectations. they say it's 9 to 5. But you have to work 24/7 to meet the deadlines.

      Your job is work from home hence you do not have to travel

      Cons

      It was extremely difficult to work as I had only one laptop. In that the project was configured making it extremely difficult to learn their tech stack and work here
